4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice to existing clients.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by Brayne AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services by any third party

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brayne AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
